Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance and real estate, from the University of Alabama in 1974. He became a designated member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America in 1992, and keeps up with changes in the industry by frequent attendance of seminars and conferences presented by the MBA and other professional financial and real estate organizations. He has also been an instructor for the MBA. Bill founded Mortgage Capital Investments, Inc. in 1987.
Bill has served as a Board Member for the University Of Alabama College Of Commerce and Business Administration Alumni Association, and remains active locally through his involvement with the YMCA, Belmont Mansion and his church.
Pamela Parker, Executive Vice President
Nashville native, Pamela brings to MCI over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, as she was instrumental in helping a local restaurant chain grow from its second location in the Nashville area to more than 100 locations across the country, where she also gained firsthand experience with commercial property selection and location research. Pamela is a licensed affiliate broker and brings with her extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
Kurt Riemenschneider, SVP Special Projects
Kurt joined MCI in the summer of 2024 after 30 years on Wall Street. He brings decades of experience in finance and entrepreneurship to the organization and has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Kurt has served with Key Capital Markets, Suntrust Equitable Securities, BB&T Capital Markets and Avondale Partners. He also co-founded Obsidian Research Group and Laffer Healthcare Intelligence.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University. Kurt is an experiential traveler with his family, a bibliophile, a helicopter pilot and a college football fanatic.
Tyler Van Kley, Loan Analyst
Tyler is a skilled Commercial Real Estate Analyst with four years of combined experience in commercial real estate and residential mortgage sectors.
At MCI, Tyler plays a critical role in underwriting commercial real estate loans. He works closely with the origination team to analyze and evaluate properties, conduct in-depth market research, and develop comprehensive loan prospectuses that align with lender criteria. His ability to provide detailed financial modeling, property assessments, and database management has been instrumental in securing approvals for numerous high-value deals.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and enjoys serving in the Tennessee Army National Guard as a drummer & percussionist for the 129th Army Band.
